My approach to personal athletic training is a blend of several factors.  

First and foremost is the knowledge and experience from training under Rich Barretta.  Rich is Mr. America 1987 and a world-renown personal trainer/fitness expert who has taught me to maximize results through his time-proven techniques for dropping weight, improving strength, sculpting an attractive physique and improving athletic performance.

Secondly my own personal yoga practice over that past decade influences my understanding of the human body.  As a result, I strive to strike a balance between strength and flexibility, balance and movement, focus and breathing, change and sustainability.  Drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Bikram styles of yoga I incorporate philosophies of movement and breath.


Of course my work is built on top of the knowledge and experience I bring as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Thai Massage Practitioner, Japanese Shiatsu Practitioner and student of Acupressure and Classical Chinese Medicine.    
 
I work to develop personal training sessions that will help you to accomplish your personal fitness and health goals.  I emphasize proper form and breathing, personal empowerment and learning, compassion and support, truth and motivation.
